fantastic stay!

clean room great staff rooftop pool perfect location

i really liked the clean rooms. the staff was great, and they provided beach towels by the pool. the location was perfect, near shops and public transportation. the rooftop pool was SUCH a treat after a long day. it was totally worth the price.

the street noise at night was a little much. it was hard to fall asleep before things quieted down.

the hotel is located near a bus stop. it is also an eight-minute walk to phra arthit ferry pier, a HUGE bonus. there is even a burger king right around the corner!

friendly staff amazing value loud music public transportation

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is fantastic. Its price is amazing value. i stayed here at the start of my trip and came back for the end. it is a great clean hotel, perfect as a base to explore.

The isolation is nonexistent. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms and outside. the loud music calmed down around 3am. i was not near many public transportation options like train or metro, and the boat ended at 7pm.

effective air conditioning extra security refreshing rooftop pool

The staff provided really good assistance, which greatly enhanced the stay. I found the air conditioning very effective. The safe in the room provided extra security for valuables. The rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape after a day of exploration.

Street noise was noticeable at times.

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. They were prompt in addressing any requests. I was able to safely store my luggage between trips. The quick resolution of any issues added positively to my experience.

clean towels rooftop pool poor soundproofing small room

the rooftop pool was a highlight. i liked that clean towels were readily available using the sunbeds.

the room was quite small. the soundproofing was not great, and street noise was noticeable (especially late at night).

central location clean rooms nice rooms poor isolation loud music unhelpful staff

The location is central to many attractions. A food market is just one street behind the hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice.

The isolation is poor you can clearly hear noise from outside and adjacent rooms. Loud music continues until about 3 AM. The receptionist did not seem very willing to assist guests.
